For upgrading macOS Catalina to macOS Big Sur on PC-Hackintosh we use the Assistant Package installer file. First of all, complete the installation of Assistant Package on macOS Catalina then launch that to check for macOS Big Sur update.
While the Assistant Package downloaded, open it and check for updates. Once macOS Big Sur updated appeared press the “Update Now” option. Wait for some minutes that the macOS Big Sur installer file should be downloaded. When the installation completed the below window will appear. To set up the installation of macOS Big Sur, click continue.
Agree with the terms and conditions of macOS Big Sur.
Now select the disk where you want to install macOS Big Sur and click install, then enter your username password and press “Add helper”.
