Method 1. Check WiFi adapter if it is disabled enable that
During updating Windows 10 drivers the WiFi might disable form the Windows settings. Usually, Windows 10 driver effects sometime to make WiFi WLAN disable. Due to that Windows 10 driver is automatically updating through Windows updates. However, if you are facing the WiFi connection problem on Windows 10. The first option to check the WiFi option from the Windows setting. To check it navigate to the Windows start menu click on “Gear icon” to open Windows 10 settings.
When Windows settings opened click on “Network & Internet”.
Here from the list, you will see that WiFi is not connected to Windows 10. So, there click “Change Adapter Option” under the “Change Network Settings”.
When the network window opened click on your WiFi Wlan.Then right-click and click Enable.
Method 2. Check Adapter from BIOS settings
The next solution on the WiFi problem on Windows 10 or any other operating system. There you need to check the wireless if that is disabled from BIOS settings. To configure the Wireless option from the BIOS setting, restart your computer. When restarted press and hold the BIOS key. Move your keyboard key to the Security>I/O Port Access tab. From the Security tab, you can find out Wireless option. Once you find it press enter key and select Enabled. When that is done save & changes the BIOS setting.
Method 3. Update WiFi driver
To update Windows 10 driver you need to connect the Ethernet cable to your laptop. Because the WiFi is still facing the same problem on Windows 10. Once you connected the Ethernet cable to your laptop. Simply navigate to the Windows 10 start menu, type there “Device Manager” when appeared press enter.
When the Device Manager window opened then find out the network adapters. Drop-down the network adapters then click on the WiFi option. Again right-click on that and select Update Driver.
Now click the option “Search automatically for updated driver software” option.
Auto-update will search for the recommended update which requires hardware of a computer. And will automatically replace the old version of a driver the latest version. Wait until it should download and install the required driver.
Method 4. Windows 10 Full update
The next solution for Windows 10 to fix the WiFi problem is to update your Windows updates completely. Mostly, if you have the idea Windows 10 updates will fix most of the drivers. It can cover overall all the important drivers on Windows 10. Windows 10 update fixes the following drivers like Graphics, Video Controller, Audio, WLAN, Bluetooth, and Wireless.
However, to update your Windows 10 fully, simply click on Windows 10 start menu and type there “Windows Update settings”. The next method to open Windows update click on Windows start menu then click on “Gear icon” and click “Windows Update”.
Wait until it should download the required update of Windows 10. Once download you will be asked to restart the computer.
Method 5. Download driver manually
Again if the WiFi doesn’t solve on Windows 10, there is another method to fix it. You have to download the WiFi driver manually form the internet. However, to be sure that you have downloaded the correct version of your WiFi driver. Check your WiFi model and open your browser then download it.
When the driver finds out, simply select the operating system and the version of Windows 10 then click Change.
Now choose whether you want to download 32-Bit or 64-Bit of the driver.
Once the driver successfully downloaded launch it. And wait until it should replace with the older version of the driver.
